About Cosgrove Consulting

Our Mission

At Cosgrove Consulting, our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning by offering high-quality, individualized instruction and thoughtful learning plans tailored to each learner.  Grounded in play-based, multisensory, and experiential learning, our approach honors curiosity, creativity, and how students learn best--through engagement, movement, and meaningful experiences. 

Meet Molly

Molly is a joyful, enthusiastic educator with over 15 years of experience supporting learners in both formal and informal settings.  Known for her warmth, insight, and ability to truly see each student, she brings curiosity, compassion, and deep expertise to every learning partnership. Molly's work is rooted in helping students and families feel confident, supported, and excited about what is possible

Tutoring and Enrichment

Cosgrove Consulting provides highly individualized tutoring and enrichment to students with a variety of needs. Session price vary starting at $150 per hour.

Early Intervention Learning

This is perfect for kids ages 3-6 to learn letters, numbers, colors and more! Whether your little learner is right on track or taking their time, this is a great option! 

School Age Learning

This is perfect for students in grades 1–5 to build strong skills in reading, writing, and math! Whether your learner needs extra support or wants to get ahead, this is a great option!

Special Education and Learning for Independence Support

This is perfect for learners in Special Education or LFI programs who need homework help, executive function support, and IEP goal practice! Whether your learner needs extra guidance or structured support, this is a great option!

Post-Diagnostic Learning Plans

After a diagnosis, families are often left with more question. We offer post-diagnostic educational planning to help families understand their child’s learning profile and navigate next steps with confidence. Services include consultation and guidance through the IEP process, recommendations for classroom supports and accommodations, discussion of potential related services such as speech or occupational therapy, and educational testing to inform thoughtful, strengths-based planning

Present Academic Level Evaluation

Present Academic Level Evaluations provide a clear, comprehensive snapshot of a student’s current skills, strengths, and areas of need. Through individualized assessment and observation, we evaluate academic functioning to inform instructional planning, goal setting, and educational decision-making. These evaluations are designed to support meaningful collaboration to ensure students receive appropriate, well-aligned support.
